Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees and immediate family members of the Sponsor and anyone involved in administering this Sweepstakes are not eligible.

The Sweepstakes is currently underway. The Entry Period closes in June 2026. The exact closing date will be announced on this page and via the campaign WhatsApp channel no less than 7 days before it closes. Entries received after the announced closing date will not be counted.

No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or win.

Standard entry (one per week):

• Post the official Louisville Jewish Community promotional video to your WhatsApp Status.
• Take a screenshot showing the video posted to your WhatsApp Status.
• Send that screenshot to Rabbi Rudansky via WhatsApp: 516-668-8218.

One entry per person per calendar week. Extra submissions within the same week are not counted. Entries must be submitted personally. Automated entries are void.

Part A: Raffle Prizes (selected by random drawing)

$10,000 Cash Grand Prize. One winner selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Drawing takes place in June 2026 (exact date: [JUNE DATE]). Paid by check. ARV: $10,000. Odds depend on total eligible entries received.

Flash Raffle Prizes. Additional cash drawings held during the Entry Period at the Sponsor's discretion. The prize amount for each drawing is determined and announced at the time of that drawing. Drawings began in Spring 2026 and continue through the close of the Entry Period. Each drawing is independent; prior flash raffle winners remain eligible for all future drawings including the Grand Prize. Odds depend on entries accumulated at each drawing date.

Part B: Shadchanus Award (referral incentive, not a random drawing)

Shadchanus eligibility:

• The referred family must be in active conversation with the Sponsor by mid-August 2026.
• The family must complete their move to Louisville and enroll a child in grades 4 to 7 at Anshei Sfard's school by October 21, 2026 (one week after Sukkos 2026).
• The moving family decides which Ambassador's post influenced their decision. That determination is final. No Ambassador may dispute it.
• If the family is uncertain, they may direct the Sponsor to split the $5,000 among multiple Ambassadors in any proportion they choose.
• Any unresolved question goes to a community rabbinical authority (posek), whose ruling is binding on all parties.
• The award is confirmed upon verified enrollment of the referred child at Anshei Sfard's school by the stated deadline. ARV: $5,000.

Grand Prize: One winner selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Drawing conducted by the Sponsor on or about the date announced in advance on this page. Odds depend on total eligible entries received.

Flash Raffle drawings: Each flash drawing selects one winner at random from entries accumulated as of the drawing date. The Sponsor announces each drawing date and prize amount before the drawing occurs.

All drawings are conducted by a disinterested party or by a random-number-based process. The Sponsor's decisions regarding winner selection are final.

Winners are notified by WhatsApp message to the number used to submit their entry, within 7 days of each drawing. If a winner cannot be reached within 14 days of the first notification attempt, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at the Sponsor's discretion.

Winners may be required to provide a signed affidavit of eligibility and liability/ publicity release (where permitted by law) before a prize is awarded. Prizes are paid by check mailed to a US address provided by the winner. Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of notification or the prize is forfeited.

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.

By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or obtained through fraudulent means are void. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or unintelligible entries. Participation constitutes entrant's full agreement to these rules.

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties, or, if necessary, by a rabbinical authority (posek) acceptable to both parties, whose decision is final.

This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
